CP PSFU LAGOS CHARGES OFFICERS TO BE PROFESSIONAL, DISCIPLINED, AND COMMITTED TO DUTY
The Commissioner of Police, Police Special Fraud Unit Lagos, CP Rose Chollom Dung, mspsp, has charged officers and men of the Unit to rededicate themselves to professionalism, deligence, and strict adherence to the rule of law as the New Year commences.
In her address during the first briefing of the year, she admonished the officers and men to maintain the image and integrity of the Nigeria Police Force at all times, noting that individual conducts directly reflect on the institution as a whole. Officers were urged to discharge their duties with honesty, fairness, and strict respect for fundamental human rights, while avoiding actions capable of bringing the Force into disrepute. The CP further highlighted the need for punctuality, proper turnout, and operational diligence as an essential element of modern policing.

The Commissioner reminds officers that discipline remains the bedrock of policing and warned that unprofessional conduct would not be tolerated. She reaffirmed the Unit’s commitment to continuous capacity building, and accountability, while encouraging officers to approach the New Year with renewed dedication to duty, national service, and the protection of lives and property.
In reassuring members of the public, the Commissioner of Police reiterates the Unit’s firm resolve to deliver effective and intelligence led policing, sustain good synergy with our stakeholders to enhance public trust. The CP calls on members of the public to continue supporting the Police with timely and credible information, and gave the firm assurance of the Unit’s dedication to upholding the rule of law and serving with integrity.
