Today, we celebrate a woman of grace, excellence, and commitment—Mrs. Olaghere, a leader whose impact transcends industries, a visionary whose expertise has shaped the financial and corporate landscape of Nigeria. Mrs Olaghere serves as Non  Executive Director at Access Holdings Plc; Independent Non Executive Director at Coronation Life Assurance Limited; and Independent Non Executive Director (Contract) at Nigerian Exchange Group Plc.

With over 33 years of remarkable experience spanning banking, administration, and consulting, Mrs. Olaghere has not only built a stellar career but has also contributed immensely to the transformation of institutions and individuals alike. As the Managing Director of Rickela Consulting Limited, she continues to play a pivotal role in training, capacity building, coaching, and advisory services—empowering businesses and professionals to achieve their full potential.

Her legacy in the Nigerian banking sector is profound. Joining Access Bank Plc in 2007 as a General Manager in the Enterprise Resource Support Group, she demonstrated unparalleled leadership in streamlining and rationalizing the Bank’s assets following the acquisition of Intercontinental Bank. Rising through the ranks, she retired in June 2018 as Executive Director, Operations and Information Technology, leaving behind a legacy of innovation, excellence, and transformation. Under her leadership, Access Bank seamlessly upgraded its major IT infrastructure and executed an Operations Transformation Programme, securing its place among the top five banks in KPMG’s 2018 Banking Industry Customer Service Survey.

Prior to her outstanding tenure at Access Bank, she dedicated 16 years of service at EcoBank Nigeria, contributing to the Operations and Consumer Banking Groups, where her foresight and strategic acumen played a key role in several landmark projects. Beyond the banking industry, her wisdom and leadership have guided multiple businesses as a Non-Executive Director of several companies, including First Ally Asset Management Limited, Coscharis Technologies, and Intercontinental Properties.
