President Tinubu Meets Newly Appointed Service Chiefs at the Presidential Villa, Abuja
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Monday met with Nigeria’s newly appointed Service Chiefs at the Presidential Villa, Abuja. The meeting focused on national security priorities and strategic defence coordination with the Chief of Defence Staff, Lieutenant General Olufemi Oluyede, and other top military leaders in attendance.

Those in attendance included the Chief of Defence Staff, Lieutenant General Olufemi Olatubosun Oluyede; Chief of Army Staff, Major General Waidi Shaibu; Chief of Naval Staff, Rear Admiral Idi Abbas; Chief of Air Staff, Air Vice Marshal Sunday Aneke; and Chief of Defence Intelligence, Major General Emmanuel Undiandeye.
The meeting marked the president’s first official engagement with the new military leadership team, as discussions focused on national security priorities and strategic defence coordination.
