Lagos PSFU Commissioner Leads Dress Code Compliance Inspection Across Police Units
Commissioner of Police, PSFU Lagos, inspects officers’ adherence to Nigeria Police Force dress code standards across divisions to uphold professionalism.

COMMISSIONER OF POLICE, PSFU LAGOS LEADS INSPECTION ON OFFICERS’ COMPLIANCE TO NIGERIA POLICE FORCE DRESS CODE STANDARDS
The Commissioner of Police, Police Special Fraud Unit Lagos, CP Okunade Ronke Nurat,fsi, inspects the level of compliance to the directives of Inspector General of Police, IGP Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun, PhD, NPM; that officers and men of the Force Criminal Investigation Department (FCID) should turn out in service uniforms every first Monday of a new month. The directives which takes effect from today the 5th day of May, 2025 underscores the Unit’s commitment to uphold discipline and professionalism.
The parade which was held at the Police Special Fraud Unit Ikoyi-Lagos was marked with officers who turned out properly dressed in their designated uniforms for the day reflecting the regimental standard of the Nigeria Police Force.
The CP while addressing officers and men of the Unit reiterated the importance of appearance as a key element of discipline and public confidence in law enforcement; as the dress code will also be used to hold officers accountable.
CP Okunade Ronke Nurat, fsi, concluded by re-emphasizing the Unit’s commitment to enhancing discipline and fostering public trust.
