MEET THE PERSON OF THE QUARTER, 2021

DR. OHIO O. OJEAGBASE, FICA, FIDR 

Dr. Ohio O. Ojeagbase is the Visionary Publisher of Probitas Report (integrity in business online news media and crime reporting firm) the online news media unit of Kreeno International. His strong entrepreneurial, organizational, and leadership skills are much highly needed to drive the market for the product. He is a former credit and consumer banking marketing team leader in one of the leading banks in Nigeria, where he began his professional career and resigned from the bank to pursue his passion. He has over sixteen years’ experience in oil and gas, consulting, corporate turnaround, debt recovery, private investigation, intelligence, and financial services.

He has his Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Benin, Benin City, Edo State, where he made Second-Class Upper honors in 2001. He also has an executive management program (MBA) in General Management from The University of Lagos, Lagos 2011. He holds a Ph.D. in Leadership and Governance, 2019 from TBUGLEX USA.

He is a Fellow of The Institute of Debt Recovery Practitioners of Nigeria and a Fellow Institute of Credit Administration. He comes with his experience in Leadership, Business startups, Risk Engineering, Corporate Turnaround, Forensic and Debt Recovery, Turnaround Management, Credit Analysis, Financial Auditing & Analysis, Business Strategy Development, Marketing, and Sales Skills as well as Product and Brand Management.

He just recently completed international certification in Enterprise Security Risk Management (ESRM) awarded to him as an enterprise risk engineering practitioner from Singapore & the USA. He holds a second Doctor of Philosophy in Private Investigator/Investigation (Distinction) from Triune Biblical University Global Extension, Brooklyn, New York, the USA that began in 2016 and this is the first of its kind in Africa. He is also a founding director in Lomzoh Limited (a trading company). In-house Chief Strategic Consultant both at ApexIncar Petroleum Plc and Zed Energy Limited. At Zed Energy Limited, a few of his responsibilities include directing the crude oil and petroleum products trading activities globally, formulating and directing the bids for long-term and spot purchases of crude oil and refined products throughout the world. He oversees all business strategy, capital raising, enterprise risk management, contract administration, financial modeling, general resource management, and corporate governance. He is the Co-founder of KREENO Holdings LLC and Kreeno International. In his quest for more global business skills, presently running another post-doctoral program in Public Policy and Strategy.

Dr. Kreeno has he is fondly called has helped to solve numerous financial frauds in Nigeria as he has consulted for Commissioners of Police at The Police Special Fraud Unit of The Nigeria Police Force on deep levels of Financial Frauds. He is the Initiator of Coalition Against Financial Fraud In Nigeria #CAFFIN, a private sector initiative to fight against economic and financial crimes in the country and He is the proponent of Integrity-In-Business as a culture in our public and private sectors. Dr. O3 has taken on harassment and intimidation cases as part of CSR against prominent Nigerians who have used the institution of the Police via money bags in the Gestapo approach to intimidate and weaken victims.
