Oluyemisi obtained her first degree in BSc Economics from Olabisi Onabanjo University, a second in Man Power Economics and Planning from the University of Lagos. She attended training and courses like - competency-based selection, Mastering Human Resource Management, Managing people for strategic Advantage etc from LBS, presently doing an MBA program at the University of Nicosia. She has over 16years Human Resource experience and about 4years in Marketing and Debt Recovery.

She worked in different sectors, which includes oil & gas, hospitality, telecoms, health, and IT to mention a few. She has the Fate Foundation Entrepreneurship certificate and also the coordinator of the TREM Employability program TEP under the TREM Career Academy ministry a Bishop Mike Okonkwo initiative to empower the youth. She is also saddled with the responsibility of leading the entire Debt Recovery & Receivership Operations of the group.
